Thank you for choosing SeaLife Spy LLC. We are committed to delivering great experiences and quality products. This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle returns and cancellations for both our online store purchases and rental/tour bookings.
Online Store – Returns & Refunds
Physical Products
All physical products sold through our online store are made to order and fulfilled by Printify. Therefore:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
- If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will work with Printify to resolve the problem and provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Orders canceled before they are sent to fulfillment (typically within 2-4 hours of order placement)
We do not issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Rentals & Tours – Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations
- You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled rental or tour for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking are non-refundable.
Weather Conditions
- If your rental or tour must be canceled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions, you may choose a full refund or reschedule your booking to another available date.
- SeaLife Spy LLC reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time due to weather or safety concerns.
No-Shows
- If you do not show up for your scheduled rental or tour and have not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again to ensure the refund isn’t posted yet.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Contact your bank — there is often a processing time for refunds before they are posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
