What is included with my paddleboard rental?

Each rental includes a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), an adjustable paddle, a personal flotation device (PFD), and a safety whisle. We’ll also provide basic instructions if you’re new to paddleboarding.

Do I need experience to rent a paddleboard?

No experience is necessary! Paddleboarding is beginner-friendly, and we’ll provide you with basic instructions and tips before you head out. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask for a quick demo.

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is typically 3-6 hours, but we offer full-day rentals to your Airbnb upon request. Let us know if you have special timing needs.

Do you offer guided paddleboard tours?

Not yet, but we’re planning to offer guided eco-tours in the future. For now, we provide detailed route suggestions and tips for exploring the area safely and enjoying the best sights.

Do you offer group or multi-board discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts for groups renting multiple boards. This is perfect for families, friends, or corporate outings. Contact us for group pricing details.

Is there an age limit for paddleboard rentals?

Yes, participants must be at least 12 years old to paddle solo. Children under 12 can ride with an adult on the same board, as long as the combined weight does not exceed the board’s limit.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe (such as high winds, storms, or lightning), we may need to reschedule or refund your rental. We’ll contact you in advance if we expect any weather issues.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee. If you have an emergency or weather-related concern, give us a call, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
