Welcome to SeaLifeSpy.com, owned and operated by SeaLife Spy LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company. By accessing our website, making a purchase, or booking a rental or tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
SeaLifeSpy.com provides paddleboard rentals, floating lounge chair rentals, tours, and an online store offering physical goods. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Square, Woo Payments, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all rentals and tours.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.
We offer refunds or rescheduling in the event of bad weather or unsafe conditions, determined at SeaLife Spy LLC’s discretion.
No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable.
Minimum age to rent: 12 years old.
No prior paddleboarding skill is required, but customers must follow common-sense safety practices.
Waivers are required for each paddleboard rental and must be signed before the activity.
SeaLife Spy LLC provides life jackets with each rental and strongly recommends they be worn at all times.
Customers are responsible for all rented equipment. Any damages will be assessed by SeaLife Spy staff. Lost items must be reimbursed at full replacement value, including but not limited to: Bote Paddleboard, paddle, pump, life jacket, or other rental gear.
We sell physical products only through our online store.
Orders are fulfilled by Printful, with a processing time of 1–2 business days depending on order size.
We offer Standard and Express shipping within the United States.
All shipped orders include a tracking number.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Users are welcome to leave reviews on our site. However, we reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is offensive, spammy, or misleading.
All content, including our logo, Birth Month Fish and Birth Month SeaLife designs, text, images, and digital artwork are the exclusive property of SeaLife Spy LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
Participation in any water-based activity involves risk. By booking with SeaLife Spy LLC, you acknowledge and accept these risks. SeaLife Spy LLC is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property loss that may occur during participation in rentals or tours. Life jackets are provided and recommended for all activities.
We collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, and payment details to process orders and bookings.
We use Google Analytics to improve our website and user experience.
We do not share your information with third parties, except for processing payments or order fulfillment.
A full Privacy Policy will be made available on our website.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from or book through our website. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian supervision and approval.
